ABA VB Community - Teaching to children with autism

Our six year-old daughter requires an experienced or trainee tutor to shadow her in school (Woolwich) and work with her at home (Plumstead)for 15 hours spread over five days. Rates of pay vary according to experience and, in the case of trainees, rate of progress in acquiring teaching techniques.

A very special person needed to work with a wonderful 4 year old girl initially for 2 mornings per week in Oxfordshire (West Hanney) . Home programme has been running for nearly a year now and the focus now is to support a transition into a mainstream reception class in September. Experience of working with pre school children with autism is an advantage, but the ability to play, have fun and motivate children to learn is even better!

I'm an experienced aba/vb tutor who is looking to work on an aba/vb programme. I am available Thursdays and weekends. My previous experience includes providing of 20-25 hours a week of 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages from 2 to 5 y.o. Have Makaton experience as well as shadowing in schools running social skills groups. Great references available.

Our son John is 12 years old and attends TreeHouse school. He likes learning, he is compliant and fun to work with but still has a lot to learn. John has autism with no speech and he uses Makaton/Signalong signs.

We are running an after-school home programme with supervisor Vedrana Males and consultant Dr Pat McGreevy. We are looking for an experienced VB tutor to work weekdays from 4:30 to 7:00 or 5:00 to 7:30 for at least two sessions per week.

I'm a speech & language therapist and a parent of an autistic child who was initally non verbal but is now very verbal. I have ABA experience having run our own programme and am CRB checked by Hampshire Council and Riding for the Disabled. I have 10 years dietary intervention experience and 14 years experience of coming up with innovative and fun ways to engage a child without them realising they are working!

Our daughter is 8 years old. She has Autism, ADHD and global developmental delay.
We have started an ABA home program and we are looking for an experienced ABA/VB Therapist - or someone who has experience of working with an Autistic child - to work with her.

Our daughter has very limited understanding and has no awareness of danger.
She is non-verbal but uses signs and pictures to communicate. She is a very active and fun loving person.
