VB Community - Teaching to children with autism

Our daughter is nearly 8 years old. She has Autism, ADHD and global developmental delay.
We have started an ABA home program and we are looking for an experienced ABA/VB Therapist - or someone who has experience of working with an Autistic child - to work with her.

Our daughter has very limited understanding and has no awareness of danger.
She is non-verbal but uses signs and pictures to communicate. She is a very active and fun loving person.
We need a very understanding person who is also very energetic, active and enthusiastic as well as someone who knows children's games and songs to get her attention and keep her motivated. We will have a program supervisor who will train everyone involved.
You have to be willing to be involved practically when she is playing, as she has very limited play skills and needs someone who can guide her.
She is toilet trained but needs supervision with personal hygiene. This is a job for a very confident person otherwise she will play up a lot.
She likes fun people and if she likes someone she will listen to them.
You will work as part of a team of therapists. Working hours will be after school, weekends,and holidays. Please note we will require two references alongside a CRB check.

We live in East Ham, near the tube station in East London.
Pay is negotiable, according to experience.
